It is located minutes away from the renowned village of Ramatuelle and 5 minutes from the famous beach of Pampelonne.

Inside the Villa, the décor is contemporary and light. The designer has used natural materials such as terracotta tiles, wooden beams and there are fireplaces in the lounge and the master bedroom.

On entry, there is a grand hallway and stairwell with three overhanging majestic Moooi Chandeliers. You then walk through the bright hallway past the kitchen (which has a large feature window). Into the open plan lounge of 80 m² with dining area. The lounge is light and spacious and has French doors opening onto the garden. It has a feature Cathedral style ceiling.

Villa Rouillere has 8 luxury bedrooms, two of which have a private and independent entrance. Each bedroom offers optimal comfort with flat screen television with international channels, a shower room, dressing room, and a safe.

It is possible to set any of these rooms up as a twin bedroom depending on your party.

There is a large professional kitchen which is fully equipped with 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 1 wine cellar and 2-burner hob.

Every room of the villa opens out onto the spacious garden.

There is home-cinema which is an extremely comfortable place to enjoy movies projected on a large screen it also equipped with several international channels and a streaming service, it is great for sharing fun times with family and friends.

The Gym is 20m² and is fully equipped with professional equipment such as a bike, rowing machine, weights, fitness mats and flat screen television.

Outside there is a large heated swimming pool (12x6meter) There is an outdoor lounge is surrounded by vegetation and flowers and in the center there is a Fire Pit which is lovely in the cooler evenings.  There is a covered area for outside dining. Villa Rouillere is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden and sunbathing by the pool.

The Villa has a gated security entrance with room to park 4/5 cars.
