Villa Fontaine

Villa Fontaine sits close by the beautiful beaches of Pampelonne.  There are two main buildings one main house and a well appointed Guest House.  The house is open plan and modern provencal in design.  The large living room has an open fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating that opens out onto a an outdoor terrace with a pergola, beautiful fountain water feature and Mediterranean Garden with many fruit trees. 

There is a dining area, guest toilet and fully equipped kitchen with a Lacornue range cookers which opens onto a terrace with Pergola.

The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and bath, fitted wardrobes, television and safe, the bedroom opens out onto its own private terrace with table & chairs.

There are two other double bedrooms with en suites, each with television and safe, both of these rooms also have their own private terraces.

The two bedroom guest house has two double bedrooms both with ensuite shower rooms, private outdoor terraces, safes and televisions.

The entire house has Air conditioning and the televisions have TNT with a selection of overseas channels.

In the garden there is a feature swimming pool 5x20 metres equipped with massage jets, pool alarm surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with Pool House with dining area, lounge area with shade and a shower.

There is a large shaded dining area near the main house with family sized Plancha and private parking for around 6 cars (shaded car port for around 2 cars).
