This modern newly refurbished Villa is a great choice for a holiday in Grimaud, it is close by the Beach resort of Prairies de la Mer and the 'City Lacustre' Port Grimaud with its pretty canals, great bars, restaurants, cafes & shops.

The Villa has a large open plan ground floor, with a spacious seating area with a feature stone fireplace, dining area, fully equipped new kitchen and laundry room oof of the kitchen. There is a guest WC and cloakroom area off the lounge. This area has patio doors leading out onto the terrace.  

The ground floor also has a large (Master) Bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with Bath and Shower. There is access to a private Terrace and the Garden

Upstairs there are another three bright spacious bedrooms all ensuite, one of which has a great roof terrace looking out towards the surrounding countryside and out to the Golfe de St Tropez. Great for sunbathing in total privacy.  

The furnishings are all new and the finishings are all of a high standard.

This Villa sits on a large plot and has many furnished terraces with dining and lounge areas.  There is a Pool which is 10 x 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep.  There is a Pool House with a shower, covered terrace and large American Fridge. The pool is decked with wood, has loungers & parasols. Large BBQ.

There is parking for three cars (there is additional Guest Parking outside the Villa).

The Villa is in a private gated Domaine and the Villa has an electric gate on entry.

From the house you could walk to the beach or we can arrange bike/e-bike/scooter hire for you. You are also nearby the 18-hole Golf Course of Beauvallon.
