Villa Oceane

This Villa has 9 bedrooms including 5 King suites, a Tripple suite, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and an exterior studio (with kitchen, shower room, etc).

The Villa is light and spacious and has a modern style. It has many different areas to enjoy a breakfast, a cocktail whilst relaxing, or watch a movie, sunbathing or enjoy the increadible sunsets.  Everyone has their own space.

Each bedroom features a wardrobe area, its own bath/shower room, most have a TV (Canal Sat), a safe, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The exterior studio can welcome both guests and staff.

There is also a wine cellar at your disposal. Downstairs (at the kitchen) there is also an area that can be used by Chefs/ kitchen staff for prep (there are additional fridges down there also).  This area has car/van access for deliveries and an entrance directly onto the Pool Terraces (ideal for service).

The Pool is 17 x 8 m with a large pool area (with toilets and shower room), large double Pool Bed loungers, a bar, a fully equipped Summer Kitchen, and large exterior dining and terraces also with TV lounge, this is a great place to enjoy beautiful summer days and evenings.

 This property is perfect for entertaining large groups, events, and marriages.

This house can also be offered in conjunction with Villa Soleil which is close by and is a perfect option when having an event or a larger special occasion. We can give you any information on all services required for this.

This Villa has great outside areas, a driveway that enters into a large forecourt, and then further on a good sized parking area.  There are grassy areas for children to enjoy and terraces surrounding the pool, various lounging terraces, a fully equipped Summer kitchen, toilets and a shower room (at the pool), and an area nearby the kitchen to enjoy breakfast 'al fresco'. 

There is a large wooden Pagoda with a table and chairs for dining (this gives great shade on very hot Summer Days).

There is also a guest entrance directly onto the Pool Terrace if you have guests coming for dinner here.

This Villa is within walking distance of tennis courts (which you can reserve for use) here you can also have tennis coaching (we can book this in advance for you).

The house has a secure and gated entry.

There is a Helipad for your convenience.
