This villa has been designed by a well know architect and every aspect has been carefully considered with the sea in mind, the decor is impeccable and there are many pieces of art throughout the house.. There is a stunningly beautiful uninterrupted view of the sea and incredible sunsets for you to sit and admire from one of the many terraces at sunset.

The villa has seven Double/Twin Bedrooms all en suite. The Master bedroom is upstairs with a large bathroom with bath, shower & twin sinks. There is a large terrace with comfortable lounging furniture looking out to sea.

This courtyard has large slate slabs, set over a pool of Carp, a really beautiful feature; with an exterior lounge.

This Villa has many lovely tranquil spaces to enjoy and relax.  

There is a fully equipped kitchen with wine fridges and a large preparation area (a good chef's kitchen).  There is a Bar, open plan dining room, and study. There is also an elevator for someone with limited mobility.

The property sits in a gated domain and has a secure entrance with remote-controlled security entry. 

There is an on-site Gardien who lives in a house at the entrance for your convenience.  The Villa has a housekeeping/gardening team and a large laundry area.

This Villa sits on 5000m2 of Landscaped Gardens, it has a Helipad and private pontoon. There are many outside terrace areas both lounging and dining all benefiting from spectacular sea views.  

There is a large swimming pool with a terrace and comfortable loungers.  

At the entrance of the Villa, there is plenty of parking, you enter by walking downstairs into the courtyard of the villa.
