Villa Melissa

This Villa situated in the sought after gated domain of La Belle Isnarde, it is a short walk into the centre of town.  The Villa has been thoughtfully designed and everything is well appointed. 

It has six spacious and light bedrooms plus one bunk room (with 4 good sized bunk beds). 

On the ground floor there is an entrance reception area then off the hallway a large Master Bedroom with King-size bed (all bedrooms are served by their own bath/shower room).  There is also a concealed fridge & sink in this room.  There is access onto the garden/Pool terrace area.

The bunk room with four beds is served by a shower room/wc.  A double bedroom (which can be set up as a twin room) and another bedroom with King Size Bed.

Downstairs has a large open plan area with fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge/tv area with large sliding doors opening out onto the garden.  There is a full al fresco dining area near the pool area.

Upstairs has its own separate entrance (which is ideal for two families), there is a connecting internal stairwell. 

Here there are two bedrooms one King-size and one Double room that can be set up as a twin.  There is a large fully equipped kitchen.  A comfortable lounge area with dining (there are two kitchens in this Villa).

The lounge has a double aspect where both sides open up onto dining terraces, one side is a beautiful view of the Bay and Canoubiers; the other into the garden.  Both sides can seat 12 and the garden side has a large BBQ. 

The Pool is of an excellent size, with a terrace with plenty of loungers. 

There is private parking for 5 cars.
