Villa La Perla

The Villa has living space of 400m2.  It has a large lounge area with stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and television lounge area.  There are three ensuite double bedrooms downstairs. 

Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with its own ensuite and terrace.  There are a further two bedrooms upstairs which can be configured as double or twin rooms if you prefer.  There is family bathroom to serve these bedrooms.

The Villa has a terrace on the first floor and on the ground floor.  There is also a Veranda and a pool which runs the entire length of the house.  The gardens are mature and well manicured. There are excellent areas by the pool for sunbathing, an area for drinks and for dining al fresco.

The Villa comes fully staffed with Chef, Hostess and two housekeepers daily.

Plenty of room for parking.
