This Villa is situated close to the beach and walking distance into town, it sits in large grounds of 2000m2 of well maintained garden and terraces.

The mainhouse is approximately 300m2 and has five ensuite bedrooms, two of the bedrooms are on the entry level, making it easier for some guests (these two rooms have 160cm beds). Upstairs the Master bedroom has a dressing and large bed of 180cm wide, the bed in the second bedroom upstairs is also 180cm, the third bedroom has twin beds of 100cm wide (large singles). Two of the bedrooms (one downstairs and the second bedroom upstairs have baths with showers over them).

The house has been recently fully decorated, a light colour palette has been used with contrasting soft furnishings, everything has a natural beach feel,  many natural materials such as stone floors, wood and linen fabrics have been used.

There is a large lounge area with access into the garden, a open plan dining area and a large professional style kitchen.

There is an independant Guest House of 45m2 which has two additional bedrooms suites.

The grounds are large, there are grassed and terraced areas.  They are fully screened and have an electric security gate.

There is a heated swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters, which has the option of having a child barier set up for your group if preferred.

There is a large terrace surrounding the pool with comfortable loungers and small tables for your drinks and large parasols for your comfort, a lounging area, large dining, Petanque court and BBQ area.  

There is a garden at the rear of the Villa with a central fountain and lounge area. The gardens are beautifully lit in the evenings.

The Villa has good space for private parking.

There is also a Jetty accross the road which is available to use, if you decide to have a boat day.
