Situated in a private gated area, and also with its own electric gates and driveway. Full security and cameras.

The garden is matured with flowers, shrubs and cypresses and is divided by hedges into small planted areas. The view is south and west.

Sainte Maxime 1.5km has a wonderful daily open-air food market, other small shops and great restaurants. The architecture is a mix of a typical old French fishing village and some exceptional examples of mid-century buildings.

At the port, you have a fast-small ferry that can take you to the heart of St Tropez in 15 mins and to many other places along the coast.  Boats can be hired for private use. Each day, early in the morning, you can buy the fishermen’s daily catch.

Good golf courses are nearby together with Tennis courts and sailing clubs.

Slate lined heated pool with terraced surround holding 10 sun loungers. Part shaded and overlooks the bay. It is safe for children with lockable gates

WiFi everywhere, Sky TV, Air Conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating. The furnishings have been carefully chosen for comfort and ambiance. All the floors have been newly laid with Travertine marble. The Heated pool has a safety electric cover with 10 comfortable loungers with railings around pool and is separate to other outdoor areas. The grounds are all newly fenced in and there is an electric front gate. The centre of Ste Maxime is 1.2km. The beach is 150m. This is a year-round holiday Villa, ideal for Autumn-Spring 1/2 Term-Xmas-New Year-Easter. Cots & high Chairs.  There is also wheelchair access when needed.  In July & August the cost covers a daily maid who will come in for 2 Hrs from 8.00am. If you require more hours this can be organised.

Fresh continental breakfast is included every morning in July & August.

There are 3 main areas to the garden.

Eating and BBQ outdoor kitchen which seats 18 and is under a shaded canopy, this leads onto a small lawn.

Outdoor living room, leading from internal living room, comfortable seating for 10 & fountain.

Pool area has 10 loungers, is private with heating, electric cover and swim jets/massage.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service 2 hours a day with negotiable further hours.

All towels and linen are included and are changed once a week. Regular maid service negotiable.

Soaps, toilet paper provided.
