This Chic newly renovated modern Villa of 150m2 sits nestled on a peaceful plot of land overlooking the countryside, the garden is large a lawn area, vinyard, Palms,eucalyptus and Pine trees, there are terraces surrounding the house and a pool with terrace.

From the Villa you can walk down a country path and find yourself on Pampelonne Beach and you are a short drive from town and Ramatuelle Village.

The Lounge, Dining area and large Kitchen are all open plan with doors opening out and leading onto the terrace which is furnished with comfortable sofas and tables. The entire villa has been styled with wood, stone and natural materials featuring throught. 

There is also a large outside dining area.

 The kitchen is very well equipped and has been designed with a chef in mind. There is a double oven and double dishwasher. The dining area seats ten guests, the lounge has a large L shaped sofa, some occasional chairs, and a Flat Screen television.

There are four luxury bedrooms in the main house two are ensuite and the others share a large family bathroom.  Each bedroom has a large double bed (these rooms can all be made into twin rooms) wardrobe space and flat screen television.  They all have garden access. The shower rooms have walk in showers, vanity unit with sink (hairdryer) and toilet.

The fifth bedroom is in an independent cabana with a large double bed and a shower room with toilet.

The entire house is fully air conditioned.

The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with loungers and parasols.
