With modern decor, this Villa has plenty of natural light and has been tastefully decorated.  There is an entrance hallway and four bedrooms all ensuite off the hallway, one of these could be classed as a second Master Bedroom.  There is AC & television in each bedroom. 

The second Master bedroom leads into a large bureau with a television area and an outside terrace. 

There is a stairwell leading to the upper level both sides open onto terraces, one with a sea view and one an exterior terrace with a lounge and dining with a staircase leading to the newly renovated pool and terrace.  Upstairs is the Master bedroom with a large ensuite with bath, shower cabinet, bidet, and double sink unit, and a door out onto the front terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the bay. There is a guest toilet, then an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining, and lounge with fireplace this room leads out onto a large shaded terrace with a large lounge area and outside dining.

There is an independent garden apartment with one double bedroom, an ensuite shower room with a heated towel rail. The guest apartment also has its own fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar.

There is also a small gym area.
