This Villa has been decorated and styled beautifully, every detail has been carefully chosen to give this Villa a great feeling of modern elegance.  

There are four guest bedrooms, three in the main house and one Guest suite (finished in 2026) separate to the house.  The beds are all large doubles (3 Kingsize and 1 Queensize). The Master bedroom is on the upper floor, two bedrooms on the entry level and the Guest suite is separate.

The house has two living areas, one on the upper floor, which opens onto an exterior front terrace perfect for dining with beutiful views, there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen (with utility area) and doors to the rear with an additional terrace.

The lower lounge area has a great opening out Bar area, with comfortable sofa, a sitting area and a television area with sofa.

There are plenty of areas in the Villa allowing everyone to have their own space.

The Villa has a lovely Mediterranean garden, with terraced areas for sunbathing, lounging and dining.  There is a BBQ for your enjoyment.

There is plenty of room to securly park your cars.

The Domain is gated leaving you with peace of mind whilst enjoying your stay.
