Maison Calade

Villa 9 Domaine de Calade is a 3 bedroom, fully air-conditioned new build property, with all the styling details of a typical Provencal town house. It is located in the centre of the picturesque Provencal village of La Garde Freinet, in the heart of the Massif des Maures.

The house is set within a beautiful, gated commune of 11 terraced villas, and is a three minute walk from the lively village main street. It has dedicated parking directly outside the door for one car, a small, heated private pool, a spacious veranda for outside dining and a terraced garden with steps to each level and views of the forested hillside dotted with large, secluded villas. 
Downstairs the house offers open plan living, a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher and fridge /freezer. Two sets of patio doors open onto the veranda, where an outside dining table provides seating for up to 6 people.
Also on the ground floor is a separate toilet and utility room with a washing machine and ironing board.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and generous wardrobe space; the second bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The third bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe space. Both the second and third bedrooms have patio doors opening onto a shared balcony, overlooking the pool and hillside beyond. Domaine de la Calade is the perfect location to unwind, relax and enjoy all Provence has to offer.

The village was established in the 11th Century and is one of 12 that form the famous Gulf of St Tropez. La Garde Freinet has all you need for a perfect stay, including bistros, restaurants, cafes, an artisanboulangerie, several small supermarkets and forest trail walks from the door. The village has a large outdoor pool. During the summer season the village hosts cultural events and has a small weekly market. If you want to explore you will find beaches, ports, vineyards and historic hill-top villages and monasteries all within easy reach by car.  

The garden is a tiered garden with stunning views over the hills.  
There is a large veranda for outside dining, then a level with sun loungers and then the heated pool for your enjoyment. 
There is is designated parking space outside the house for your car. 
The house sits in a private gated domaine in the Village.
