The house has an entrance hall with shower/toilet and fully fitted kitchen,there is a lounge dining area with French windows opening onto the patio (with dining) overlooking the water. There is a downstairs shower/toilet.

The house has a flat screen tv with the Port Grimaud television (which has many UK and European Channels). 

Off the upstairs hall is a shower/toilet. The master bedroom has a French window with Juliette balcony overlooking one of the main canals. It has a large built in wardrobe and a double bed. There is an ensuite shower/toilet.

The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and the third bedroom is a single. There is plenty of storage space in all rooms.

This house has been decorated tastefully and is bright (South Facing) and comfortable sofas and an open plan interior dining.

The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & Nespresso coffee machine.  

The house is located in Port Grimaud Sud and has a private car parking space nearby. Cars can be brought to the front door but for loading/unloading.

It is 100 meters walk from Spoerry Square, where you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars, also a small supermarket and Boulangerie.

Beaches are a 10 min walk or short boat ride away, the private resident´s beach can be used by guests.
The residential areas are very peaceful and quiet and the surrounding canals and beaches are very beautiful.

The garden faces South and has a dining area and a small grassed area with two loungers for sunbathing and looking over one of the Ports many canals. This house also has a Pontoon and a 12 meter mooring (by arrangement this could be used).

St.Tropez and St.Maxime are 15 min away by car or by ferry from Port Grimaud. Also close by there are a number of beautiful villages Grimaud, Ramatuelle and Gassin.
